JUNIOR B HURLERS: The Junior B hurlers are scheduled to meet Glenroe in Kilteely on Sunday September 20 at 12pm noon.

JUNIOR C HURLERS: The Junior C hurlers are slated to face Na Piarsaigh at St. Enda’s Sports Complex on Sunday September 20 at 5.00pm.

JUNIOR C FOOTBALL: Patrickswell recorded a fine victory at Glin to maintain our 100% record. The first half was low-scoring, but Patrickswell established a 0-6 to 0-3 half-time lead, thanks to Josh Carey, Briain Og O’Sullivan, David Woulfe 0-3 and Shane Quinlan.

The hosts equalised with three points at the start of the second half, but Patrickswell rallied with a goal from Eoin Harmon and four straight points (Jack McNamara and David Woulfe 0-3). We now held a 1-10 to 0-7 lead with 15 minutes left. It was a respectable lead, but the result was beyond doubt when Josh Carey scored two goals and more points were added by Nigel Foley, Jack McNamara and Jason Gillane. The final score was 3-13 to 0-9.

CAMOGIE: Our Senior Camogie team meet Ahane in a crucial Championship encounter on Saturday September in Banogue at 5.00pm. The Junior Camogie team visit Croagh on Sunday September 20 at 11.00am.
