JUNIOR A HURLING LEAGUE: The Junior A hurlers are away to Claughaun on Sunday April 28 at noon.
INTER-COUNTY HURLERS: Congratulations to the Limerick hurlers, who delivered an impressive final quarter display to overhaul Clare in the Munster Championship opener. Well done to Cian, Diarmaid, Aaron and Jason. Good luck against Tipperary in the next fixture.
CON AND ANNIE KIRBY MEMORIAL STAKES: The Camogie Club’s greyhound, Scooby Pacemaker, claimed third place in the grand final of the Con & Annie Kirby Memorial Stakes. This result earned the club a prize of €2,000.
CAMOGIE FEILE: Our Camogie team reached the Division 1 semi-final after emerging from the group stage with two wins and a loss. Killeedy were a formidable opponent and we bowed out.
CLUB LOTTO: The Club Lotto draw on Monday April 15 was not won. The numbers drawn were 4, 18, 28 and 32. The bonus number was 30. The €50 Lucky Dips were won by Linda Broderick and Ingrid Carroll, while the €20 prizes were claimed by Sadie Hall, Sam Milburn, Eamon Quinn, John Conway, Naomi & Melanie McCarthy and Alison Bennis. This week’s jackpot is €9,800.
