Patrickswell Juvenile Club Celebrate Successful Year
Patrickswell Juvenile Club recently celebrated a very successful year 2004 at the local Clubhouse with an entertainment show featuring magician, novelty act and refreshments. Tipperary
hurling star Eoin Kelly was on hand to present medals to the successful teams.
The titles received were, U13 (A) City Hurling Champions, U14 (A) City
Hurling Champions, U15 (A) City Hurling Champions, U13 (B) City Football
Champions and U14 (B) City and County Football Champions. Eoin addressed the young players and congratulated them on their successes, he also stressed the importance of practice and commitment, a message close to the heart of Patrickswell GAA Club. Juvenile Club Chairman Tom O’Brien thanked the management teams and coaches of each team from U8’s right through to U16’s. He also thanked the parents for their help and support throughout the year. He re-stated the Patrickswell Juvenile Club’s philosophy of teaching a love of the game and producing players at 17 or 18 years of age capable of playing at Senior Level.
